• Samsung :

SAMSUNG provided a Q1 Ultra in 2010 for use during the reconnaissance throughout that year. This culminated in David checking out the root during November and December 2010. All photographs, GPS co-ordinates and farmer details were recorded on the Q1. This information was used to devise the final route and to help prepare the web site.

• The Mountain Boot Company boots:

Boots manufactured by The Mountain Boot Company selected for the expedition especially for river crossings, rocks and marsh negotiation.

• Incomedia Website X5:

This website has been developed using WebsiteX5 from Incomedia. David Murray recommends this website building tool to schools who want a fast, efficient means of designing and controlling their own creative websites.

• Wicker Baskets:

Whicker baskets very similar to those used by Roman road and wall builders. These have been precisely constructed by English Willow Basket Company, and are based upon mathematical calculations from Trajan’s Column in Rome.

• Hi Tec:

Boots manufactured by Hi Tec, selected for the expedition especially for faster walking, at camp and preparing the ponies.
